Software Engineer
We're looking for a software engineer excited to build across our legal tech platform — from case management workflows to financing tools. You'll ship real features fast, work directly with design and operations, and have genuine ownership from day one. We're open to new grads, but you'll need to show us what you've built. If you want your work in front of real users within weeks of starting, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Ship features across our plaintiff, attorney, and financier applications end to end
- Work directly with design, operations, and marketing to turn ideas into production code quickly
- Build and maintain shared systems and components that speed up the whole team
- Experiment with new product lines as our platform evolves and expands
- Participate in day-to-day product and mission conversations as we shape what we build next
What we’re looking for
- Clear, demonstrated engineering experience — shipped projects, internships, open source contributions, or products people actually use (new grads welcome)
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, or the ability to ramp fast
- Comfort working across the stack, from frontend components to APIs and data models
- A bias toward shipping — you'd rather get something in front of users than polish it in isolation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to context switch rapidly
- Bonus points if you've built products for professional or "pro user" audiences
