Marketing Director
We're looking for a senior marketing leader to own and build the marketing function at Grand Charter. You'll set the strategy and run the engine across brand, organic social, paid acquisition, and content while managing and mentoring a growing team. What you’ll do
- Own marketing strategy and execution across brand, content, organic social, and paid acquisition
- Lead the transition of marketing in-house, building processes and systems from the ground up
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google, owning budget, targeting, and performance
- Oversee organic social across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including managing outside creators for UGC and video content
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members as the function grows
- Partner directly with leadership, design, and operations to shape how Grand Charter shows up in the market
- Own marketing for events, launches, and campaigns across our product lines
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or another fast moving startup environment
- Proven experience owning paid acquisition end to end, from strategy to reporting
- Strong grasp of organic social and content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Experience managing people, agencies, or freelance creators
- A builder's mindset — comfortable creating structure, process, and strategy
- Sharp instincts for brand voice and visual consistency, professional but never boring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to context switch rapidly
- Bonus points if you've brought a marketing function in house or built one from scratch
